I'm excited to announce that we are bringing back Eat for Education this year at Yalla!
Eat for Education is a yearly dinner series designed to raise funds for local schools in the Portland area. Nearly every Monday from October through January you can stop in for dinner or purchase a gift certificate, and 10% of those sales will be donated directly to the school we’ve partnered with for the week.

Oct. 21st - Southwest Parent Child Collective
Oct. 28th - Jackson Middle School
Nov. 4th - Maplewood Elementary
Nov. 11th - The Cottonwood School
Nov. 18th - Hayhurst Elementary
Nov. 25th - Capitol Hill Elementary
Dec. 2nd - Gabriel Park Preschool
The program started pretty small in 2022 with 9 total partnerships and a total of $4,746.06 raised. In 2023 we hosted 12 total partnerships and $7,623.23 raised. We are looking forward to an exciting year of events in 2024!
