Mejadara

Mejadara is a blend of spices named after a traditional Middle Eastern dish. Allspice, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, salt, sugar, and turmeric, make up the blend. This creates a warm, savory flavor profile with a soft sweetness on the back. This blend works perfectly in it’s namesake dish but equally well as a seasoning for meat or vegetables.
